CURIO — Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email/SMS notification with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Coverage We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–6 business days
- Remote/rural areas: 6–9 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- Standard shipping fee of ₹79 for orders below the free shipping threshold
Shipment Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email at curiocurio2526@gmail.com. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at curiocurio2526@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order. CURIO is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
- Delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses is not available.
